What is your return policy?
We at my-e-store guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange. We want your shopping experience with us to be EASY and HASSLE-FREE. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Product must be returned in original, condition. All returns are processed within 3 business days upon receipt. All refunds are issued within 5 business days. Refund will be for cost of merchandise only. In the case of incorrect or defective merchandise sent by my-e-store, shipping amount refunds will be issued upon inspection.
